    The course emphasizes Amsterdam, Lisbon, London, and Paris. It is essential for international profiles repositioning here (partner move, new life), or those embracing hyphenated living - in between 2 cities/countries.

  • Pick one or two challenges of your choice. Where Are You From, Money Matters, and Embrace New Opportunities are highly recommended for this sprint.

    Be intentional and allow yourself to experiment. Dedicate set hours to the course, and stick to it.

  • Engage with friends for support and advice. Make Sunny Future your network of choice.

    Assemble a group, 2-4 people. Plan a challenge together: a weekend away, dinner, or a sunny afternoon in the park. A variation is to do this as solo homework, using time with your Sunny Future coach to discuss specific challenges. It remains social, while giving you more autonomy.
