    Building with technology as a non-technical entrepreneur is both exciting and intimidating.

    Our method is based on your needs, with four simple components - Better Prompting, Productivity, Automation, Agentic - building your stack with structure (and without fomo) for insights, creativity, and expertise.

    Better Prompting: Upgrade Your Plan

    This is foundational. You won’t get better at prompting until you upgrade to a paid plan (ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro). The memory function is unavailable on free access, and you’ll be more productive building around projects and libraries.

    Descriptions, Skills, Files AND Connectors are a game changer. Keep it simple.

    Productivity

    Don’t fall for gadgetry. If you spend time on emails, try assistants. If you’re a voice person, explore voice-to-text. If meeting summaries take too long, bring AI notetakers.  Explore tools that add value and expertise, from sheets to research (Perplexity), reports and legal (Harvey).  Ignore the noise around everything else.

    Automations

    This is where many of us get terrified. Jump in and build with method.

    Light School, by Sunny Future friend Nick, sets the right foundations with Claude Code: you’ll install the Claude terminal, learn code prompts, and add your first MCPs (reading websites, voice prompts). You’ll create a dashboard, develop automations, and start imagining new use cases for your business.

    Agentic

    The sky’s the limit. Once you install your first MCPs, you’ll be tempted to interconnect every software under the sun. This is where you should resurface your brand and commercial systems, and just build around them - ignoring all the other shiny objects.

    The Sunny Future Story

    After listening to too many experts, we were drowning in logins, paid plans, and half-started projects. We refocused on three pillars, aligned with systems:

    Dust, Lovable, Wispr, and N8N were uninstalled. Manus and ChatGPT downgraded to free. Instead, Sunny Future was rebuilt with a simple architecture around Claude (Pro + Code), content (Drive, email, Ghost, Squarespace), and new innovative use cases (DeepL, ElevenLabs). And the odd peripheral for visual assets.

    Here’s an example of multilingual design. A keynote (pdf), translated into 3 languages, in podcast format with my cloned voice, MP3s dropped on desktop. 5 minutes total. Next: Spotify integration, Grok for mini clips, Paper for visuals.
