In practice, it is our intensive coach-led Sprint (6 weeks recommended) and our Starter Sprint program (1 week).

Our Starter Sprint and Sprint programs have a 7-day cooling off period. They are fully refundable if you haven’t started. Individual coaching sessions are cancelable up to 7 days prior. You will be offered a new slot if you can’t attend.
